As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. In our plants around the world, we’re constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love. As a Team Manager – Maintenance & Engineering, you will lead maintenance operations for a manufacturing area while driving safety, equipment reliability, productivity, and continuous improvement. You will develop high-performing teams, optimize maintenance processes, and partner across Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Skilled Trades to support world-class quality, cost, and delivery objectives within the Ford Production System.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in maintenance operations
- Experience in driving safety, equipment reliability, productivity, and continuous improvement
