Optimize current production processes utilizing the Maintenance Operating System.

Responsibilities
- Leads and coaches skilled trades and maintenance personnel across all aspects of asset management, including asset availability (Mean Time to Repair, Mean Time Between Failure), cycle time optimization, preventative maintenance, and predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies.
- Support project development, team organization, material acquisition, and constraint management.
- Optimize current production processes utilizing the Maintenance Operating System.
