About The Position

Offers variety of work ranging from carpentry, painting, finishing and minor plumbing and electric. Repairs and maintains all plumbing, drains, piped systems, pumps and valves. Installs some new plumbing and fixtures during minor renovations. Monitors and verifies work performed by contracted plumbers/mechanical contractors. Works independently.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Current driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman or city plumbing license
• Back flow preventer certification
