Requirements

• At least two years of experience in building maintenance or engineering roles is preferred.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to support guest satisfaction and safety.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
