The position requires effective workload scheduling and prioritization of plumbing repairs based on guest impact, operational needs, and emergencies. Collaboration with vendors, contractors, and team members is essential for proper repair, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems within budget expectations. Preventative maintenance on plumbing systems, monitoring water consumption, identifying leaks, and supporting water conservation efforts are also key responsibilities.
