About The Position
The Maintenance Engineer I performs routine general maintenance and repair functions within approved guidelines and as directed. The role also performs various groundskeeping duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year of related experience, including six months of groundskeeping experience.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents written in English, including safety rules, instructions, guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions, and policies and procedure manuals.
