About The Position

Triangle Motors is hiring a dependable, motivated Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician to help maintain its buildings, grounds, and properties in Frederick, Maryland. The role offers varied work for someone who enjoys hands-on tasks, working indoors and outdoors, and keeping properties clean and well maintained. The technician will work independently, take initiative to identify and address problems, and help with special projects and property improvements. Duties may also include occasional grounds maintenance at an additional property.

Requirements

Dependable and ready to work.
Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
Good mechanical aptitude and ability to figure things out.
Takes pride in keeping buildings and grounds clean and well maintained.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.

Nice To Haves

Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, or handyman experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
Mow lawns, trim, landscape, and maintain grounds.
Complete basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other handyman projects.
Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior areas.
Perform seasonal tasks, including leaf cleanup and snow removal.
Maintain tools and equipment.
Occasionally perform landscaping and grounds maintenance at an additional property.
Identify problems and take initiative to get them fixed.
Assist with special projects and property improvements.
