About The Position
Sprenger Health Care is hiring a full-time Maintenance Director at Amherst Manor in Amherst, Ohio. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High school education preferred.
- Two years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

Responsibilities
- Build various structures requiring the use of various materials.
- Organize fire drills and maintain records of fire drills.
- Check all fire extinguishers and assist the Fire Marshall with inspections.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, including replacing and unclogging hair traps, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, and replacing broken pipes or water lines.
- Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to maintenance policies and procedures.
- Make environmental rounds routinely and initiate corrective action as necessary.
- Supervise maintenance department personnel.
