About The Position
Juniper Communities is hiring a full-time Maintenance Assistant for its Brookline SNF. The role assists the Environmental Services Director with the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department and performs general maintenance duties as assigned. The position pays starting at $25.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift at least 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet, and push, pull, move, and carry that weight.
- Must be able to work subject to frequent interruptions.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.
- Perform general maintenance duties, including painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, and carpet cleaning.
- Assist in maintaining the Environmental Services Log and complete work orders in a timely fashion.
- Work in a motor vehicle as required or assigned.
