About The Position
Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. The position is at Brookline SNF. Full-time day-shift, part-time overnight-shift, and PRN opportunities across all shifts are available. Starting pay is $19.25 per hour, with increased wages offered for more experienced CNAs. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of caregiving experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
- Assist residents with securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
