About The Position

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. The role includes a 120-hour CNA training program. Upon successful completion, the employee transitions into a full-time CNA/Wellness Associate position. The position is based at Brookline SNF. Juniper Communities is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
