About The Position

Silverado Aspen Park is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to help keep its memory care community safe, functional, clean, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. The role combines general maintenance work, attention to detail, and service in a team-focused environment. The assistant performs repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations. The schedule is full time, AM shift, Friday through Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The anticipated pay range is $20–$24 USD.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a hospital, institutional, or multi-unit residential setting.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures.
• Able to perform active work involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
