About The Position

The Maintenance Administrative Assistant will assist with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2- 3 years administrative experience.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college courses preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist manager with administrative functions such as payroll, timekeeping, record keeping.
  • Maintain project documentations.
  • Take department meeting minutes and ensure follow up on pending items.
  • Request quotes from vendors and service providers.
  • New vendor submittals to the accounting department.
  • Open new vendor accounts.
  • Complete purchase orders with vendor accounts.
  • Reconcile phone bills
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory par levels.
  • Maintain and update communication boards for the department and any other methods of communication
  • Other duties as assigned by the leader
