About The Position

The Maint TM V performs preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, machinery, tooling, molds, and facilities. The role supports mold preparation and production, fixture fabrication, maintenance failure analysis, spare-parts ordering, and compliance with EMS/QMS procedures. The position is listed as full-time, 3rd shift. The employee may be assigned overtime, different shifts, and other duties by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic machinery and controls.
• Skilled in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and motor controls.
• Experience with maintenance management software.
• Basic knowledge of mold cleaning, mold changeout, and setup of parameters.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, and twist.
• Basic experience in manufacturing maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.
• Must be able to lift or move 25 pounds regularly and may occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds with assistance from team members or mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of using dry ice blasting machines and sand blasting cabinets.
• Must be able to use small hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of plant equipment, machinery, and tooling, including mold preparation and pre-production and production tooling and fixture fabrication.
• Perform preventive maintenance on molds, equipment, and facilities as needed.
• Work with subcontractors and manufacturing maintenance as needed.
• Assist with analyzing maintenance failures in molding processes for trends and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Assist in ordering and reordering spare parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties and work overtime or different shifts as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure EMS/QMS procedures are followed while performing job duties.
