About The Position

This is a temporary position for Coles County. The role involves collecting and scanning mail, including checks, AP mail, UPS packages, and tax documents. The clerk will also be responsible for emailing AP about incoming UPS packages and scanning mail to the appropriate person. Training will be provided by each department.

Requirements

  • Some light lifting
  • Some computer knowledge
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Open AP mail and scan to the appropriate person
  • Email AP about UPS packages that arrive and mail to appropriate person
  • Open and scan tax documents to the appropriate person
