About The Position

Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in managing enrollment mail for multiple programs and associated products. You will ensure the efficient processing and distribution of enrollment documents, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working within an office setting, in mailroom operations, or handling high-volume incoming mail.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for sorting, batching, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and organize enrollment mail for various programs and products.
  • Batch enrollment forms, assigning batch numbers and maintaining accurate tracking in Excel, including details such as date received and batch information.
  • Scan enrollment documents into appropriate formats such as PDF and images.
  • Distribute scanned batches to processing teams for data entry.
  • Handle enrollments containing credit card information in compliance with PCI standards.
  • Manage unacceptable payment methods by returning them to the sender.
  • Research and process checks with incomplete information, matching checks to customer accounts and logging unassociated checks in a tracker.
  • Coordinate with marketing for customer follow-up letters.
  • Track and process other customer correspondence, including cancellations, name changes, and deceased notifications by scanning and routing to appropriate vendors for action.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all mail-handling activities.
