About The Position

Accountable for the daily operations of a solo-person site. Responsible for performing contracted office services, including but not limited to Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality Services, Imaging Services, and Mail Services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One (1) or more years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
  • One (1) or more years of customer-facing experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
  • Tactical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to present information to small groups.
  • Moderate problem-solving skills.
  • Basic customer service skills.
  • Basic technical aptitude.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of a mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility.
  • Operates office equipment including: Personal computers (PCs), Copiers, Multifunction devices, Imaging equipment, Mail processing equipment.
  • May be responsible for: Courier services, Reception services, Switchboard operations, Shipping and receiving, Mail delivery and processing.
  • Maintains formal contact with customers on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for the effective implementation and management of Ricoh Service Excellence programs.
  • Understands and efficiently operates required equipment and software to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Achieves profitability goals related to cost of goods through effective utilization of company materials and supplies.
  • May perform daily facility-related functions, including: Creating and completing work orders, Monitoring contractors, Conducting inspections, Reporting facility-related issues, Providing general facility support as needed.
  • May interact with contracted vendors, facilities management, and building occupants.
  • May be responsible for office supply inventory management and reordering.
  • May be responsible for conference room coordination and audiovisual (A/V) equipment resource management.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with all departments through professional communication.
  • Collects and provides operational data to assigned leadership and customers.
  • May prepare and distribute monthly customer reports with support from assigned leadership.
  • Ensures financial responsibilities and operational requirements are met.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
