About The Position

This position supervises, trains, and holds employees responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety. The role provides leadership and cultivates functional working relationships with personnel at all levels.

The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The role is permanent and is performed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a production or processing environment.
• Prior experience in both operations and customer service.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent (preferred).

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
• Determine the best solutions for package concerns.
• Establish and maintain a departmental cross-training program to promote development, enhance flexibility, and ensure backup coverage of vital functions and processes.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Supervise and train employees, and hold them responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.
