About The Position

Supports our company's machinist manufacturing department with various duties. This role involves cleaning and washing parts for inspection, clearing chip hoppers, and cleaning and setting up tools. The Machinist Helper will operate a band saw, overhead crane, and forklift as needed, and will be responsible for material handling. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, stooping, and bending are required. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Previous machinist helper experience desired
• Forklift certification
• Overhead crane experience
• Good oral communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Supports our company's machinist manufacturing department with various duties.
