About The Position

As a Helper, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the organization by performing manual tasks such as loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating heavy machinery. You will work with team members and supervisors to complete projects, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
• Experience operating heavy machinery.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction or a related field.
• Certification in heavy machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
