Requirements

• Ability to lift 70+ pounds throughout a typical shift.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, fast-paced walking, and climbing in and out of the truck.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to operate lever hand controls for hydraulic machinery.
• Team player with strong communication skills and dedication to safety.
• Reliable and punctual, with ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist the driver in picking up trash and disposing of it in the truck.
• Operate lever hand controls for hydraulic machinery when needed.
• Assist the driver with backing up the truck in tight spaces or difficult environments.
• Perform heavy lifting and assist with sorting and loading materials.
• Navigate streets, alleyways, highways, and construction sites.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Ensure trash and recyclables are disposed of in the truck's designated areas.
