About The Position
The Machine Repair Technician will perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on industrial rotary and laser marking equipment for the Engraving Solutions business, which sells through the Brady and Gravotech brands. The role is responsible for keeping machinery operating to a high standard and requires electro-mechanical aptitude, attention to a clean and safe work area, and strong customer-facing skills. This is an on-site position at the company’s Duluth, Georgia location. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs and troubleshoot malfunctioning or damaged equipment.
- Provide professional customer support and maintain a high standard of customer-facing service.
- Use SAP to oversee and ensure the availability of site parts inventory.
- Organize and monitor repair cases in Salesforce, maintaining comprehensive notes and real-time status updates.
- Perform regular inspections and testing of production machinery.
- Keep the workspace organized, clean, and hazard-free.
