About The Position

The Machine Operator performs routine production functions under general supervision, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting. The role follows standard operating procedures and routine practices, making decisions as required by the position. The operator maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 9000 requirements, and works effectively with a team to support team goals and objectives.

This is a 12-month position paying $18 per hour, working the first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Interviews are in person. Safety shoes and a drug test are required, and applicants must have transportation to the site.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Previous experience with, or ability to adhere to, specific quality standards.
• At least basic machine operation experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and the Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work regularly and punctually.
• Ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
• Must have transportation to the site.
• Safety shoes required.
• Drug test required.
