About The Position

Electronic Coating Technologies is seeking a Machine Operator for its Clifton Park, New York location. The role follows Standard Operating Procedures to safely operate equipment that coats and converts work into finished products and finished potted products. The operator runs automated manufacturing processes, follows ISO and ESD procedures, records information in the MRP system, and raises quality concerns to QC. The position is part-time and pays $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work on a fast-paced schedule throughout the shift.
• Ability to stay focused while doing repetitive work.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Spend at least 90% of the time on the production floor standing or walking.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds for short periods of time.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of IPC standards.
• Manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Run automated processes including masking, gelling, conformal coating, potting, and encapsulating.
• Seek quality assurance feedback at appropriate times throughout the shift.
• Follow ISO and ESD standard operating procedures exactly.
• Accurately and diligently log information using the MRP system.
• Elevate quality concerns to QC.
• Safely operate process equipment as directed by a supervisor, work instruction, or equipment manual.
