The Tie-In Associate supports warp preparation, tie-in procedures, and material handling to ensure continuous production flow. This role involves identifying and verifying control cards, using a Warp Out truck, performing warp tying, leasing out warps, updating warp board sheets, general housekeeping, filling LIME storage containers, battery changing and charging for the Warp Truck, tightening beam bolts, identifying S & Z twist problems, managing job priorities, maintaining the Warp Storage Area, and executing Warp Out Procedures including BARCO declarations. The role also includes troubleshooting knotter issues such as single-end breaks, double-end issues, slip knots, and clogs.
