About The Position
The Machine Operator position at the Greenville Facility is responsible for ensuring smooth production runs by making necessary adjustments to equipment, utilizing quality tools to meet product standards, and promoting the overall efficiency of the production line. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment functions, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and good manufacturing practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
- Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Dependable & punctual
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Machine Operating Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks (code dates, seal integrity, and correct labeling) on a predetermined schedule.
- Ensure lot ID information is tracked accurately and all paperwork is completed timely and accurately.
- Increase effectiveness and cross-train where needed to promote line effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards in regards to company policy involving SAFETY and GMPs.
- Participate in Tool Box talks incorporating stretching, promote Safe Start principles and near miss reporting.
- Keep work areas orderly and clean.
