About The Position
SBA Home North Carolina is establishing its first production facility in the USA, set to begin operations in late 2025. As a furniture manufacturer with existing operations in Lithuania, this new facility will employ over 250 professionals in a highly robotic and automated environment, producing goods for millions of US homes. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The working hours for this position are 2-10pm.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting or in a similar role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery
- Set up manufacturing equipment
- Use machine equipment to complete tasks
- Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards
