2nd Shift Machine Operator

About The Position

Alleguard is seeking a Machine Operator to work directly under the Floor Supervisor and gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes. The role operates hot wire cutting lines and supports efficient, consistent production while following company policies and safety procedures. The position pays $16 and is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods during a normal shift.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to perform duties in a high-temperature environment of 150–170 degrees Fahrenheit for short periods, typically less than five minutes.

Responsibilities

Operate hot wire cutting lines with an efficient, consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while following company policies and safety procedures.
Stretch-wrap bundles and palletize as needed.
Track block numbers.
Use a tape measure or ruler.
Adapt to changes, including moving from one line to another.
Drive the line.
