About The Position
PDM is hiring a Machine Operator at its manufacturing facility. The role supports production by setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment; monitoring processes; troubleshooting issues; and helping minimize downtime while maintaining product quality. Operators may replenish raw materials, adjust machine settings, and communicate improvement opportunities. The position is hands-on and fast-paced, with safety as a priority. PDM provides hands-on training and the equipment and support needed to work safely. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined.
- Detail-oriented.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Help minimize equipment and production downtime.
- Replenish raw materials and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Help ensure products meet quality standards.
- Communicate opportunities for improvements.
- Follow safe work practices.
