About The Position
The Machine Operator position at the Greenville Facility is responsible for ensuring smooth operations during production runs. This role involves making necessary adjustments to equipment, utilizing quality tools to meet product standards, and understanding the function of machinery to promote efficient line operation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
- Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Dependable & punctual
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Machine Operating Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks (code dates, seal integrity, and correct labeling) on a predetermined schedule.
- Ensure lot ID information is tracked accurately and all paperwork is completed timely and accurately.
- Increase effectiveness and cross-train where needed to promote line effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards in regards to company policy involving SAFETY and GMPs.
- Participate in Tool Box talks incorporating stretching.
- Promote Safe Start principles and near miss reporting to further the improvement of safety in the plant.
- Keep work areas orderly and clean.
