Machine Operator II - 2nd Shift - $24.10/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium
About The Position
As a Comfort Bath Machine Operator, you will operate manufacturing machinery used to produce products that improve and save lives. Under general supervision, you will operate machinery, inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment, and maintain accurate production records and maintenance logs. The role includes feeding materials for processing, adjusting machine settings, performing minor repairs, and removing finished products from the production line. You will follow site-specific quality systems and processes, document production and maintenance activity, and collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors. The position is onsite and scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with overtime required as needed, including weekends. Compensation is $24.10 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with bonus potential and benefits.

Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment.
- Feed materials for processing, adjust machine settings, perform minor repairs, and pull finished products from the line.
- Maintain accurate production records and maintenance logs.
- Adhere to site-specific quality systems and processes.
- Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents.
- Operate simple manufacturing equipment and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed.
- Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed.
- Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors.
- Assist with the execution of continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker.
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
