About The Position

As a Comfort Bath Machine Operator, you will operate potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery that produces products intended to improve and save lives. Under general supervision, you will feed materials for processing, adjust machine settings, perform minor repairs, and remove finished products from the production line. You will inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment and maintain accurate production records and maintenance logs. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with overtime required as needed, including weekends. Compensation is $24.10 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium, with bonus potential and benefits. Travel requirement is 0%.

Requirements

Manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment.
Maintain accurate production records and maintenance logs.
Follow site-specific quality systems and processes.
Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents.
Operate simple manufacturing equipment and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed.
Train others on operational and documentation procedures as needed.
Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors.
Assist with continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate effectively with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker.
Meet the work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
