About The Position

Dynomax, Inc. is seeking a skilled, well-rounded Machine Maintenance Technician to maintain a wide variety of production equipment, including CNC machines, injection molding equipment, and metal finishing equipment. The role involves installing, servicing, and repairing production machinery and related equipment, performing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing malfunctions, and repairing or fabricating system components. The technician may move machinery after obtaining the required certifications and perform specified electrical replacements in accordance with electrical specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of production equipment maintenance experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Ability to read precision measuring hand tools.
• Strong technical skills and excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in mechanical and controls calibration standards and methods.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair CNC machines, industrial equipment, electric motors, and related equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Move and replace machinery using forklifts and dollies after obtaining the proper certifications.
• Use gauges and other test instruments to diagnose malfunctions; use hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble system components.
• Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts as needed using hand and power tools.
• Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electric switches, and other electrical equipment according to electrical specifications.
