Manages M&A Projects with internal and external resources, according to the respective M&A guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in M&A project management, investment banking, corporate development, or strategy consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end M&A transactions in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Must have excellent top-management communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and work well with teams, and potential to develop internal client relationships.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and resilience under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as CFA, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects from initial assessment through due diligence to post-merger integration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external advisors including legal, finance, tax, HR, and operations to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • Support strategic evaluations of potential targets and the preparation of business cases. Lead on economic and valuation models.
  • Formulate proposals for transaction terms and be responsible for negotiating transactions.
  • Oversee due diligence processes, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards throughout the M&A lifecycle and prepare required board approval documents.
