About The Position

Monarch Advisory Group is a boutique middle-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm handling transactions valued between $10M and $50M+. We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous M&A Client Services Administrator to act as the primary operational backbone for our San Francisco deal team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our executive leadership, external legal teams, and business founders during high-stakes transaction lifecycles. You will be responsible for administering client data, securing critical documentation, and ensuring compliance across all stages of sell-side and capital advisory projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly confidential corporate environment and possesses an elite eye for detail.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional administrative or client services experience within an investment bank, law firm, private equity group, CPA firm, or commercial real estate agency.
  • Proven track record handling highly sensitive, proprietary corporate data with absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite (advanced Word document formatting and intermediate Excel data tracking) along with modern secure file sharing ecosystems.
  • Polished written and verbal presentation skills, with comfort communicating directly with C-suite executives and founders.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational administrative training is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the onboarding pipeline for new advisory clients, ensuring all executed engagement letters, corporate records, and compliance items are securely logged.
  • Index, categorize, and audit proprietary corporate and financial documentation within secure online data rooms for buyer due diligence.
  • Oversee the distribution, signing, and archival tracking of corporate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with prospective institutional buyers.
  • Coordinate communications and schedule critical meetings (such as management presentations and closing dinners) between business founders, private equity investors, and buyers.
  • Format, proofread, and assemble sensitive marketing briefs, pitch decks, and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) for executive review.
