About The Position

This role is for a Human Resources Client Services Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative, HR, operations, and customer service support. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and be customer service-driven with a flexible attitude. They should be able to present information clearly and concisely, possess exceptional attention to detail, and approach tasks with accuracy and precision. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as be a productive team member, is essential. Strong interpersonal, diplomacy, communication, and listening skills are required, along with a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) is necessary, along with a passion for outstanding customer service and exceptional quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years related administrative, HR, operations, or customer service experience required.
  • Ability to always maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Possess a high level of professionalism.
  • Be customer service driven and flexible in attitude.
  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
