About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Tailor / Client-Facing Alterations Specialist for a confidential luxury retail and tailoring environment. This role involves performing alterations on a wide range of luxury garments, conducting professional client fittings, and executing garment adjustments with high craftsmanship. The specialist will also engage directly with clients in a hospitality-driven, high-end retail setting, support front-of-house operations during peak periods, and represent the brand in a polished, personable manner. Collaboration with in-house production teams and maintaining a service-oriented environment are key. There is also an opportunity to support or learn aspects of garment creation and bespoke tailoring development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of tailoring and/or alterations experience required
• Strong proficiency in garment fitting, construction, and alteration techniques
• Comfortable working in a dual role: back-of-house tailoring and client-facing interaction
• Ability to conduct independent fittings and make accurate fit assessments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong hospitality mindset
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to interpret and respond to client needs
• Professional, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Sales support mindset with willingness to assist on the retail floor as needed
• Coachable with openness to expanding skills, including potential garment creation

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-end or bespoke tailoring environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform alterations on a wide range of luxury garments including suits, shirts, trousers, and outerwear
• Conduct professional client fittings and independently assess garment fit with precision
• Execute garment adjustments with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Engage directly with clients in a hospitality-driven, high-end retail setting
• Support front-of-house operations during peak periods by assisting clients and enhancing the customer experience
• Represent the brand in a polished, personable, and client-facing manner at all times
• Collaborate with in-house production and tailoring teams on locally produced garments
• Maintain a warm, service-oriented environment that prioritizes client satisfaction and retention
• Support or learn aspects of garment creation and bespoke tailoring development
