About The Position
Ted Britt Lincoln in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Highline/Luxury Automotive Service Advisor to join one of the top-performing Lincoln service departments in the region. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an exceptional ownership experience and maximizing sales opportunities. This role offers a strong pay plan, high customer traffic, a loyal client base, and a supportive leadership team within a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to Lincoln Service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Luxury/Highline dealership experience preferred (Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Cadillac, Acura, Infiniti, Volvo, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium ownership experience for every Lincoln client.
- Build lasting relationships through trust, communication, and professionalism.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate repairs efficiently with technicians and management.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales, CSI, and performance goals.
