Carlock Motorcars Nashville is seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant whose primary passion and focus is Lotus, while possessing the versatility, presence, and acumen to represent our full portfolio and pre-owned inventory with equal sophistication. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to commute to Brentwood, TN 37027
• Full time position; weekend availability required
• A genuine passion for Lotus and the broader world of performance and luxury motoring
• Proven success in luxury sales, hospitality, or high end client relationship management
• The sophistication, maturity, and confidence to engage effortlessly at the highest level
• Strong closing ability, refined communication, and the presence to command trust and respect
• Familiarity with pre-owned vehicle sales and the ability to convey value across varied inventory
• Proficiency with CRM systems and a willingness to learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Lotus, immersing yourself in its heritage, engineering philosophy, and current lineup, from the iconic Elise lineage to the electrifying Emira and Evija
• Confidently represent the full multi brand portfolio of Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Maserati, and Rolls Royce, tailoring each conversation to the client's lifestyle and aspirations
• Actively present and sell pre-owned luxury and performance vehicles, leveraging your product knowledge to match discerning clients with the right opportunity
• Engage directly with high net worth individuals, building long term relationships rooted in trust, expertise, and world class service
• Exceed sales benchmarks while consistently elevating the client experience beyond a transaction
• Represent Carlock Motorcars Nashville at brand events, private viewings, and exclusive showcases
