Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Yardi.
  • Social media savvy with creative marketing abilities.
  • Motivational leader.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management, including strong supervisory skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners and vendors.
  • Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve company and client budget objectives.
  • Supervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
  • Manage all Resident/Landlord Relations.
  • Oversee accounting and collections.
  • Complete required weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.
  • Complete budget-to-actual variance reporting and provide explanations for significant variances.
  • Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management.
  • Fulfill property-specific and company reporting requirements to the Corporate Office or clients on or before the due date, under the supervision of the Area Director.
  • Adhere to all organization's policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
