This role is responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives, supervising various property functions, managing resident/landlord relations, and overseeing accounting and collections. The position requires strong financial and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of multi-family property management experience and strong supervisory skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for maintaining strong working relationships. A real estate license may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives
  • Supervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
  • Responsible for all Resident/Landlord Relations
  • Responsible for accounting and collections
  • Complete required weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports
  • Complete budget-to-actual variance reporting and provide explanations for significant variances.
  • Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations to include project management
  • Responsible, under the supervision of the Area Director, for property-specific and company reporting requirements as provided to the Corporate Office or clients on or before the due date
  • Follow all organization's policies, practices, and procedures
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
