About The Position

A luxury travel and concierge agency associated with Global Travel Collection, LLC, a division of Internova Travel Group, is seeking a NYC-based luxury leisure travel advisor. The team works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, curating trips around the globe. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, creative, has a good work ethic, and is curious about the world. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with part of the week in the midtown Manhattan office and part of the week working from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a travel environment.
• Microsoft Office and data management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of world geography.
• Detail-oriented, creative, with a good work ethic and curiosity about the world.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of the Sabre GDS booking system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute hotel and villa bookings, yacht bookings, trip proposals, dining arrangements, and full-service concierge requests.
• Conduct extensive trip-planning research on luxury destinations and accommodations.
• Provide attentive, high-touch, personalized guidance and tailored recommendations.
• Update and maintain records and destination information.
• Perform general office administration and team support duties.
