About The Position
A luxury travel and concierge agency associated with Global Travel Collection, LLC, a division of Internova Travel Group, is seeking a New York City-based luxury leisure travel advisor. The team works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment curating trips around the globe. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, creative, curious about the world, and has a strong work ethic. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with some of the workweek in the midtown Manhattan office and some at home.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a travel environment.
- Microsoft Office and data management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of world geography.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of the Sabre GDS booking system.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute hotel and villa bookings, yacht arrangements, trip proposals, dining arrangements, and full-service concierge requests.
- Research luxury destinations and accommodations for trip planning.
- Provide attentive, high-touch, personalized guidance and tailored recommendations.
- Update and maintain records and destination information.
- Perform general office administration and team support duties.
