About The Position

The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for Bridal merchandise at Jared. The role is responsible for Bridal category performance and for ensuring customers receive a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience. The manager leads Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling, coaches team members, reinforces the brand promise, improves performance, and partners with store leadership to develop talent. The position reports to the General Manager, or to the Assistant General Manager in the General Manager’s absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Bridal category performance, including sales, team behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as an expert in diamonds, storytelling, and confident closing.
• Ensure consistent Bridal presentations across team members.
• Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution, aligning displays with key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
• Observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member each month and provide actionable feedback on diamond education, confidence, emotional storytelling, payment options, and closing.
• Build consistent and repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team.
• Help customers express their individuality, feel confident and understood, and celebrate meaningful moments through guided experiences.
• Improve key performance indicators, including conversion, appointment culture, and follow-up behaviors.
• Reinforce consistent Bridal presentations and lead by example through personal performance.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
