About The Position
The Account Stocker is a full-time position responsible for stocking NOVO materials at various Lowe’s stores within an assigned geographical location. The role follows the company’s Stocking Program with Lowe’s and handles materials previously shipped to stores.
Responsibilities
- Contact the Lowe’s receiving department at assigned stores to confirm products are available to stock.
- Stock NOVO products included in the Stocking Program within 36 hours of delivery, after the materials have been received in Lowe’s system, unless other arrangements are made with authorized Lowe’s representatives.
- Retrieve NOVO products from inventory, break bundles, and stock products appropriately.
- Keep stocked NOVO products neat and organized.
- Work safely and help ensure the safety of Lowe’s personnel and customers.
- Keep aisles free of debris during stocking.
- Clean up and properly dispose of bundle ties and other packing materials.
- Participate in customer events, such as Grand Openings, Contractor Days, and product knowledge training, as requested by management.
- Assist with store set/reset activity as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
