About The Position

Suburban Toyota of Troy is hiring a Lube Technician to perform repair-order work efficiently and accurately, diagnose malfunctions, and verify repair quality through road tests. The technician records time and documents work and test results using dealership procedures. The role offers an opportunity to learn from experienced technicians and begin a career in automotive service. Open availability is requested to support dealership operations and customer demand.

Requirements

• Automotive technical knowledge.
• A positive attitude and desire to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure the quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time-clock procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and record test procedures and results.
