About The Position

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Anchorage is hiring an entry-level Lube Technician. The role provides hands-on training and opportunities to develop automotive skills and progress toward a Main Line Technician career. The technician performs basic vehicle maintenance, identifies additional service needs, and works with technicians and service advisors to support efficient dealership operations. Open availability is needed to support customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Valid driver's license in the applicant's state of residence and an acceptable driving record.
• At least 18 years old.
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services in a timely and professional manner.
• Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company requirements.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient service flow.
• Stay updated on vehicle technologies and service procedures through company-provided training.
