About The Position

Lithia Ford of Fresno is hiring a Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance and basic vehicle inspections in a dealership service department. Requirements

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Ability to operate cars, light trucks, and vans with both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Team-oriented approach and focus on high-quality customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience as an express/quick lube technician is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures.
