About The Position

This position will require forklift/clamp truck certification. This is open to those who already have a forklift license. Forklift license with Novolex and SAP experience a plus. Duties of this position include (but are not limited to): Operate forklift and clamp truck to supply moistening, printing and forming machines with roll stock on a timely basis. Remove finished goods from formers, stretch wrap, prepare packing slip, and load trailers. Unload trailers and/or rail cars and properly store all incoming materials, completing receiving reports as required. Check all deliveries for damages and/or shortages. Daily inventory of KANBAN items, order as needed. Monthly cycle counts, audit variances. Receive materials into SAP (rolls, corrugated, parts, etc.). Filing truckloads and delivery receipts. Scan documents to network. Inventory and arrange for shipping of scrap loads. Scheduling inbound deliveries Printing roll tags Backup/assist shipping supervisor. Mock recalls. Ordering of office and production supplies. Printing Nestle labels. UPS packages - check in, verification, distribution. Driver check-in. Coordinate shuttle driver duties. Assist with coverage for vacations and absences. Daily production entries into SAP. Maintaining warehouse inventory spreadsheet for finished goods. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices.

Requirements

• Must have valid drivers license
• Must work overtime as needed and flexible to work on any shift.
• Must be a demonstrated team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
