About The Position
This is a seasonal role expected to last through the facility's peak season, with potential for extension or earlier end based on business needs. The position is located at the Indy North facility and operates on the 3rd shift. Employees will have access to on-demand pay, allowing them to draw a portion of their earned wages before payday. The role emphasizes a "Safety First" standard and offers opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- 6+ months as an LTO
- Ability to work at heights of 30ft or more
- Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop, and lift 50lbs throughout 8 to 10-hour shift
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, and other lift equipment
- Organize and stow products in the correct location within the facility
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed
- Perform other duties on or off forklift equipment as assigned to support business needs
- Adhere to all safety policies
